Consultation Fees
As from 1st July 2024, Forest Mall will be implementing “Mixed Billing“.
The patient with valid Pensions, Concession card holder and children under the age of 16 will be Bulk Billed on all days including Weekends and the Public holidays. Other patients will be charged a private fee.
Worker's Compensation and Third-Party claims
- Patients with a valid claim number will be billed directly to the insurance
- Patients without a valid claim number will be charged privately
