To see your preferred tenant doctor, please book ahead, but for urgent appointments you may need to see another tenant doctor. We run an appointment system, but urgent appointments are generally accommodated.
You can make an appointment with the tenant doctor by phoning the surgery after 8:30am Monday-Saturday or by an online booking at www.roystonclinic.com.au. It is advisable to allow a few days notice for non urgent and routine appointments. Urgent bookings are generally accommodated.
Telephone consultation is available for our regular patients who have been in the practice in the last 12 months.

Call the National Home Doctor on 13 SICK (that’s 137425) after 6 pm on weekdays (Mon-Fri), 12 pm noon on Saturdays and all day on Sundays and public holidays to request a doctor to visit you or a family member at home. For emergencies, please go to Hornsby Hospital on Palmerstone Rd or call 000 for an ambulance.
At Royston Medical Centre, we are committed to ensuring the privacy and confidentiality of your personal information in accordance with its obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Privacy Act) and other privacy laws.
Your personal information may be disclosed to other health professionals such as specialists for continued quality of care. You may request a copy of your medical record where an administration fee of $66 will be applied.
We are constantly striving to provide our patients with the best possible care and attention. If you have any problems, suggestions or complaints, we like to hear them. Please feel free to talk to the tenant doctors or practice manager. There is a suggestion box for your feedback if you prefer to write to us. All concerns, suggestions and complaints are taken seriously. If you feel that you need to take the matter further and wish to discuss it outside the surgery there are several options available eg.
