Our Frequently asked Questions
We are a bulk billing family practice. Walk-ins are recommended and appointments are also welcome. Patients can choose the tenant doctor they want to see or request the first available. If the chosen tenant doctor is not available, the next free tenant doctor will be allocated. Emergency cases will have first priority. People with appointments also get priority. Longer consultations are available if needed: please inform the receptionist if you require extra time.
If you need to speak to the tenant doctor please arrange to book an appointment either face to face or if you are eligible a telephone consult (need to have been seen face to face in the last 12 months in our surgery).
If you require a prescription or a new referral please book an appointment, we don’t take phone messages to renew either unless you were here in to see a GP in the last 2 weeks.
We do not communicate via email with patients.
