Our Frequently asked Questions

For a tenant doctor of your choice, you may book ahead, But for urgent appointments you may need to see another tenant doctor. We do run an appointment system, but keep a few slots open to fit in with urgent problems. Emergency cases will have first priority.

You can make an appointment with the tenant doctor by phoning the surgery after 8am Monday-Saturday. It is advisable to allow a few days notice for non urgent and routine appointments. The forward bookings made for daily surgery are limited to ensure a reasonable number of times are available for urgent daily calls.

We do not communicate via email with patients.
